Clean the whole machine
There is no water stain, oil stain, dust and sundries on the machine surface. The large drum, mesh belt, winding wheel, guide wheel, cot, slurry wheel, knife plate and glue baffle shall be wiped and cleaned.
1. Turn on the air switch, turn on the power supply, and check whether the power supply and voltage are normal (it is normal if the power supply has no phase loss and the voltage amplitude is less than 10%).
2. Turn on the air pump switch, connect the air source, adjust to the specified air pressure, and check whether there is air leakage in the air circuit and connector of the whole machine. Turn on the steam source and check the connector for air leakage.
3. Check whether the screws, bearings, sprockets and pulleys of all parts are loose, displaced and fall off, and whether the tightness of belts and chains is appropriate.

4. Set the required temperature value on the temperature control meter (set the temperature limit of 160 degrees), and turn on the "heating switch" (at this time, the "heating indication" is red).
5. Press the "run" button. After the buzzer alarm is released, rotate the "speed adjustment" button to the appropriate position (the length of the alarm is controlled by the time relay in the large electric box and can be set arbitrarily within 0-6 seconds) to see whether the machine operates normally: whether the motor, worm gear reducer, chain and other transmission parts, heating drum and bearings rotate smoothly and without abnormalities, photoelectric switch Whether the action of travel switch, solenoid valve and cylinder is consistent with the adjustment of mesh belt, whether the mesh belt runs, and adjust the tightness of both sides of mesh belt.
