The specific steps for preparing adhesive resin are as follows:

2) According to the mass ratio, polyurethane resin: distilled water = 2:1, weigh the mass of required resin and distilled water respectively, and mix them evenly on the mixer;
3. According to the mass ratio of the prepared adhesive, the adhesive liquid mass is EVA hot melt adhesive powder = 5:1, the adhesive is stirred evenly, and the hot melt adhesive powder is dispersed and dissolved in the adhesive system.

UD non weft cloth is used to prepare target sheet laminated composite cloth on the press. The process is as follows:
1) Cutting unidirectional cloth layers with a length of 400 mm and a width of 400 mm;
2) Lay the unidirectional cloth layer 1 flat on the platform, and evenly coat the prepared adhesive on the unidirectional cloth layer 1;
3) Rotate the unidirectional cloth layer 2 by 90 degrees and spread it on the unidirectional cloth layer 1 coated with adhesive to realize cross lamination and composite, and adopt 0 ° / 90 ° orthogonal ply structure;
4) composite film pressing conditions: put the laminated composite cloth sample into the press, raise the press temperature to 110 ± C, place it for 3min under the preloading pressure (3Mpa), and then vent;
5) Pressurize for 5 min under 10 MPa, and then cold press to room temperature, and the pressure is 5 MPa（ In order to prevent the whole composite sheet from being bonded together, the appropriate method is to put a section of non adhesive paper strip at one end so that some splines that do not need to be bonded are not glued together.)
6) Take out the pre pressed laminated composite cloth and place it in a ventilated place for 24 hours to dry naturally. After the adhesive is completely cured and dried, make the experimental verification target.
